4 TYPES OF HOMEMADE MARCONI

MACARONI AND CHEESE

First boil macaroni, drain and set aside. Use 1 egg and beat it and put in the melting butter and sprinkle in the flour. After this pour milk, add the mustard and wait until it becomes thick. Pour eggs, cheese, basil, oregano salt, and pepper into the sauce. Taste sauce and add more salt and pepper according to the taste. Put some onions, butter, beef cube pieces fry it and add sauce which we made it and boil Marconi and cook for 5 mins and serve it into a dish.

BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE

Firstly put salt and few drops of oil in water, boil pasta, drain it and put aside. Use a separate pot, melted butter and sprinkle flour. Stir in the milk, onion, bay leaf, chili pepper, simmer it for 10 minutes and remove bay leaf. Put eggs, cheese, salt, and pepper, mix well and pour it into the dish and topped with cheese, melted butter in a pan and toss the breadcrumbs. Bake for 30 minutes and serve it.

CREAMY BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE

Bring a large pot, add water, salt, oil, cook Marconi until it boils and set aside. Add cream cheese, wait until it’s melted, whisk cheddar and gruyere cheese and wait until all the cheese is melted and sauce is smooth. Add Marconi, salt, and pepper according to your taste and mix it and pour it into the dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs, melted butter, and cheese over the macaroni. Bake until the breadcrumbs are light brown and crispy and Serve it.

CHICKEN MACARONI AND CHEESE

First grease baking dish with butter. Boiling salted water add pasta, boil it and drain aside. For white sauce add garlic powder in a pot and heat until it looks golden brown. Add wheat flour, cheese, chicken cube pieces, salt and pepper according to taste and beat until it looks thicker. In a pot put Marconi, white sauce and beat well. Topped with cheese, basil, oregano and baked it.
